How we work
From the first farm visit to years of after-sales service.
One team takes care of the whole job: we visit, assess, design, install, train and stay with you.
Choose a step
Step 1 of 8
Farm visit
We come to your farm and walk the houses or barns with your team: climate, water, feed, health records and the equipment you already have.
Step 2 of 8
Assessment
A written assessment of what is costing you most, what to fix first and what each change is worth.
Step 3 of 8
Solution design
The right system for your scale, climate and budget, designed around what already works on your farm.
Step 4 of 8
Supply
Systems and software we know and can service, with registration and approvals handled for you.
Step 5 of 8
Installation and commissioning
Our technicians install, connect and test on site. We hand over only when the system runs as agreed.
Step 6 of 8
Training
Hands-on training in Arabic for managers, workers and your veterinarian, on your own equipment.
Step 7 of 8
After-sales service
Scheduled maintenance, spare parts and a direct line to a technician when something stops.
Step 8 of 8
Follow-up
Regular reviews of your results with you, and adjustments as the farm grows.
What we commit to on every project
- We visit before we quote. No proposal without seeing the farm.
- We tell you when something does not fit. Even when it means no sale.
- We measure. Your farm assessed before installation, the results evaluated after.
- We stay. Service, spare parts and training for the life of the system.
How we choose the technology we offer
Many agricultural technology claims have never been independently tested. Every technology passes the same seven criteria before we recommend it to any farm.
Share of 129 commercial dairy-welfare sensor technologies that had been externally validated.
Stygar et al., Frontiers in Veterinary Science, 2021The seven criteria

- Independent evidencePeer-reviewed or third-party trials, not only the vendor's own data.
- Fit for heat, dust and scalePerformance at summer temperatures and on the farm sizes common in the region.
- Connectivity it needsWhat happens when mobile coverage drops, and whether LoRaWAN or offline modes exist.
- Local supportArabic interfaces, spare parts, training and a vendor willing to commit to the region.
- Cost and paybackTotal cost per house, herd or head, and a payback case the owner can check.
- Regulatory pathImport, veterinary and product registrations required in each target country.
- Data ownershipWho owns farm data, where it is stored, and whether it can be exported.
Every new technology is piloted on your farm before you scale it.
You see the results on your own farm before you invest at scale.
Fit check
We score the technology against our seven criteria before you spend anything.
Baseline
We measure your farm as it runs today: weights, mortality, milk, feed and climate.
Pilot
We run it in one house, herd group or site, beside a comparison group.
Decision
You receive a written report on results, costs and limits, and decide on the evidence.
Scale
We roll it out site by site, with training, maintenance and spare parts.
Our AI standard
We name the task, the evidence and the limits. We do not describe anything as "AI-powered" without these answers.
What exactly does it detect?
A named condition in a named species, such as lameness in dairy cows, not "health insights".
How was it validated?
Against what reference, on how many animals, and by whom.
How often is it wrong?
False-alert and missed-case rates, stated per animal or per house.
Who acts on the alert?
A named person on the farm or a veterinarian, with a response they have been trained for.
